2.Pro-forma invoice

You will receive our Pro-forma invoice indicating estimation in Yen. 
This will include shipping and handling charges.

3.Order & Payment

Please send your firm order by email and make payment to our bank account. 
All banking cost occurred out side of Japan must be covered by you.

4.Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped by EMS (air parcel post) as soon as we confirm the arrival of the payment.

5.Return & Refund

Please ask first by email. Our basic policy is that return and refund will be accepted as long as we receive unpacked and non-damaged products.

2.　試算表
　　
　　見積り額を円で表示した試算表をお送りします。それには、送料も含まれています。


3.　ご注文とお支払い
　　
　　Ｅメールにて確定のご注文をお送りください。同時に弊社指定の銀行口座に送金ください。
　　日本以外で発生した銀行手数料は、ご負担ください。


4.　発送

　　ご送金到着後、速やかにご注文を処理し、ＥＭＳ（郵便小包）にて商品をお送りいたします。


5.　返品と返金

　　まずは、Ｅメールにてお問い合わせください。弊社の基本ポリシーは、未開封で損傷のない商品を受け取った場合
　　返金に応じます。
